k bud,
to raw your frame,
buy paint remover,
use the paint remover on it,
scrape it off when the paint bubbles,
lightly sand the frame,
wash the frame,
clear coat to perfection
make sure you let the frame dry for like a couple hours inside after you wash it before you paint
